    Materials and Process
    3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes use straight seam, spiral seam, or seamless steel pipes as the base material. The three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion process consists of a bottom layer of epoxy powder, a middle adhesive layer, and an outer polyethylene layer, providing good adhesion, corrosion resistance, and mechanical performance.

    Specifications
    Pipe diameters: 219–1626mm, lengths: 8–16 meters, wall thicknesses: 4–40mm.

    Standards
    The product complies with GB/T 23257-2017 “Polyethylene Coating for Buried Steel Pipelines,” ISO 21809-1, DIN 30670, GOST 31448, and other international and domestic standards.

    Performance
    Exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, water vapor permeability resistance, and mechanical strength. Suitable for applications in oil and gas transmission, municipal water supply and drainage, power, chemical, marine engineering, and thermal systems.

    Used in oil and gas pipelines and stations, municipal water supply and drainage networks, cable protection pipes, chemical and waste liquid pipelines, subsea and port pipelines, geothermal and district heating systems.

    Production Process
    The three-layer structure includes a bottom epoxy powder coating, a middle adhesive layer, and an outer polyethylene coating.
