Manufacturing process

Hot rolling process:steel billet → heating → punching → three-roller skew rolling → tube knockout → tube diameter reducing → cooling → semi-finished pipe → straightening→ Hydraulic test →UT→ labeling → warehouse entry.

Cold drawn process: Steel billet → heating → punching → head making → annealing → pickling → copper plating → cold drawing → semi-finished pipes → heat treatment → straightening → water pressure test → labeling → warehouse entry.
